The Nusantara Integrated National School Junior High School (Sekolah Menengah Pertama Sekolah Nasional Terintegrasi, SMP SNT) is a public junior high school located in the Core Government Center (Kawasan Inti Pusat Pemerintahan, KIPP) of Nusantara, Indonesia's future capital in East Kalimantan. The school forms part of the Integrated National School (Sekolah Nasional Terintegrasi, SNT) programme developed by Indonesia's Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education to improve the quality of national education and strengthen the educational ecosystem in Nusantara. SMP SNT Nusantara began admitting its first cohort of students for the 2026–2027 academic year.

The establishment of SMP SNT is part of the broader development of an educational district in Nusantara, designed to provide a modern learning environment for residents of the future capital and surrounding communities. The Indonesian government has stated that the school is inclusive and open not only to the children of civil servants and employees of the Nusantara Capital Authority, but also to students living in the surrounding region, subject to national admission regulations.

The school follows the Indonesian National Curriculum, enriched with internationally oriented competencies, including Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education, arts, sports, and bilingual instruction using English alongside Indonesian. Teaching and learning activities are supported by digital infrastructure and modern educational facilities designed to prepare students with 21st-century skills.

Admission to SMP SNT is based on a merit-based selection system, with applicants assessed through academic achievement, competency evaluations, and scholastic testing. For the junior high school level, applicants must also meet the national age requirements established by the Ministry of Education.

School facilities include modern classrooms, a library, discussion rooms, teachers' offices, a school health unit, sports facilities, and digital learning infrastructure. The government has also planned the provision of digital learning devices, designated student transportation services, and a distinctive school uniform as part of the Integrated National School concept.

SMP SNT Nusantara is one of the first schools established under Presidential Instruction No. 10 of 2026 on Accelerating the Improvement of Educational Quality through the Integrated National School Programme. In 2026, the Indonesian government plans to open 17 Integrated National Schools across the country, including the campus in Nusantara, as the first phase of a broader initiative to establish 500 SNT educational services nationwide by 2029.
