This project has a building area of approximately 25,964 square meters with an estimated investment of IDR 1 trillion.
Design and Architecture
The BPJS Kesehatan office building in IKN is designed with an environmentally friendly concept and adopts the local wisdom of East Kalimantan. This building has a ten-story terraced design with a stilt house concept, and is equipped with tree plants at every point. The building facade utilizes tropical passive elements to maximize natural air circulation and reduce direct exposure to sunlight and rainwater splash.

This building will be equipped with various supporting facilities, including an open space concept for employees, a data center, green open space, sports area, and a ceremony location. The presence of this office is expected to increase the operational efficiency of BPJS Kesehatan and support JKN services in the IKN and its surroundings.
Integration with National Health Services

As of February 1, 2024, BPJS Kesehatan has served 267.8 million participants, with a coverage rate reaching 95.97% of the total population of Indonesia.
