Plaza Yudikatif

Plaza Yudikatif is a public open space located directly in front of the Plaza Yudikatif building complex in the Nusantara Government Core Zone (KIPP), Indonesia’s new capital city. The plaza functions as an open area that supports social, cultural, and official activities within the government environment, as well as serving as a gathering and relaxation space for government employees and the general public.

History and Development

This project is part of the development of the government core zone that prioritizes a balance between green spaces and infrastructure. The plaza was arranged with the aim of creating a comfortable and functional open area.

Sustainability and Technology

The plaza was designed with sustainability principles in mind, such as the use of water-efficient irrigation systems and the selection of native Indonesian plants that are resilient to the local climate. The environmentally friendly concept is also reflected in the use of recyclable building materials and an integrated waste management system.

Role and Usage

Since its completion in 2025, Plaza Yudikatif has become a public space supporting formal and informal activities around the Nusantara government office area. The plaza also serves as an ecological buffer within the urban area, helping to reduce urban heat and improve local air quality.
