Kantor Otorita IKN

With a basic design by Urbane and a Detailed Engineering Design (DED) by Alien Design Consultant, this building is the headquarters for Otorita IKN, or the Nusantara Capital City Authority. This agency is responsible for the management and administration of the city of Nusantara. The building is located on an area of ​​over 2,882 hectares. The building contains elements of the biomimicry concept. The design is inspired by nature. The shape of the building is based on a flower bud. This symbolizes the beginning of the blossoming of a new city and is a symbol of continuous growth and innovation. In addition, the building is designed with sustainability and environmentally friendly technologies in mind, with natural ventilation created by applying cross-ventilation. Optimal use is made of natural light and sustainable materials. An example of this is the use of Low-E glass and sun protection.
