Astra Biz Center Nusantara is an integrated service complex developed by PT Astra International Tbk in the Core Government Center Area (KIPP) of the Indonesian Capital City (IKN), East Kalimantan. This project is designed as a "one stop service" service center that will integrate 11 brands from the Astra Group, including Astra Motor, Auto2000, Astra Daihatsu, FIFGROUP, Asuransi Astra, ACC, TAF, United Tractors, Astra Infra, SERA, and Astra Property.

Location and Land Area

Astra Biz Center is built on 3.4 hectares of land in KIPP IKN, Penajam Paser Utara Regency, East Kalimantan. This location was chosen because it is strategic and is in the heart of Indonesia's new government.

Development Status

Groundbreaking

The groundbreaking of this project was carried out on June 4, 2024 by President Joko Widodo. This event marked the symbolic start of the construction of the Astra Biz Center.

Design and Concept

Environmentally Friendly Architecture and Concept

The design of Astra Biz Center carries an environmentally friendly concept that is in line with the vision of IKN as a "Forest City". This complex is designed with a pedestrian-oriented approach, prioritizing pedestrian comfort with an inclusive and futuristic design.

Facilities and Services

Astra Biz Center will provide various services from 11 Astra Group brands, covering the automotive, financing, insurance, logistics, infrastructure, and property sectors. These facilities are designed to provide convenience and comfort for customers in IKN.

Social and Economic Impact

Support for Education

As part of its social commitment, through the Astra Education Foundation - Michael D. Ruslim, Astra revitalized Sekolah Dasar Negeri 020 Sepaku and fostered 11 elementary schools and 2 vocational high schools in the IKN area.

Contribution to the Local Economy

The development of Astra Biz Center is expected to create new jobs, support the growth of MSMEs, and provide a positive contribution to the local economy around IKN.
