D’PrimaHotel Nusantara is a budget hotel project currently under construction Nusantara (IKN) area, East Kalimantan. This project is being developed by PT Primahotel Manajemen Indonesia, a local hotel chain that has owned 19 properties in various major cities in Indonesia since 2013. With a capacity of 154 rooms, this hotel is designed to provide affordable accommodation options for visitors and residents of IKN.

D’PrimaHotel Nusantara is built on 4,600 square meters of land in the Indonesian Capital City area, East Kalimantan. Its location is strategic, supporting the integration of housing, business, and public facilities, in accordance with the concept of a sustainable city promoted by IKN.

Investment Value
The investment value for the construction of D’PrimaHotel Nusantara reaches IDR 100 billion. This investment includes the construction of a hotel with 154 rooms, a meeting room, and the Walea Resto restaurant.

Development Stages
Groundbreaking
The groundbreaking of D’PrimaHotel Nusantara was carried out on September 25, 2024 by President Joko Widodo. This event marked the start of construction of the hotel in the IKN area.
Construction Status
As of May 2025, the D’PrimaHotel Nusantara project is still under construction. The developer is targeting completion of construction within 8 to 9 months from the laying of the first stone.
