The Capital City Authority (OIKN) office is located in the Central Government Core Area (KIPP) of the Nusantara Capital City (IKN). The building serves as the administrative and operational center of OIKN, the body responsible for managing and developing the new capital city.

Construction and Contractor

Construction of the OIKN office began in January 2024 and was completed in February 2025. The project was carried out through a joint operation (KSO) between PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk and PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk. The total construction cost reached IDR 509 billion.

Design and Architecture

The initial design was created by Urbane Indonesia, while the Detailed Engineering Design (DED) was developed by Alien Design Consultant. The building adopts a biomimicry concept with a shape resembling a flower bud, symbolizing the beginning of a growing new city. The design also reflects sustainability principles and harmony with the surrounding nature.

Specifications and Facilities

The OIKN office is built on a land area of 28,827 square meters. The main building has five floors and one basement level for parking, with a total building area of 14,621.87 square meters. Additionally, there is a two-story data center building covering 1,629.84 square meters. Other facilities include an Integrated Command and Control Center, a one-stop service area, and an urban gallery.

Technology and Sustainability

The building is designed as a smart and environmentally friendly structure, utilizing cross ventilation for natural airflow, Low-E glass for energy efficiency, and sustainable materials. The design supports operational efficiency and environmental sustainability.

Operations and Use

Since March 2025, all OIKN employees have fully relocated and started working at the new office. Their presence on-site is expected to accelerate administrative and operational processes in the development of Nusantara.
