Hunian ASN 2

ASN Housing 2 is a housing complex intended for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Nusantara (IKN), East Kalimantan. This project includes eight 12-story towers with a total of 480 residential units. It is located in the West Residence area, close to the Minister's Official Residence and the IKN Central General Hospital.

Design

The architectural design carries the concept of "smart and green", with a focus on energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. Planned facilities include green open spaces, modern mechanical and electrical systems, and efficient piping infrastructure.

Development Status

The construction of ASN Housing 2 began in 2024 and is targeted to be completed in 464 days or around 15 months. This project has achieved several significant achievements, including winning three records from the Indonesian World Record Museum (MURI) for the speed of construction between floors, integration of facade walls, columns, and stairs, and the application of the most drinking water technology in apartments.

Contractors and Consultants

PT Hutama Karya (Persero) was appointed as the main contractor for this project, with the scope of work covering design, construction, and maintenance. The scope of work includes land preparation, construction safety, building structure, architecture, mechanical and electrical systems, and landscape.

Investment and Funding

The investment value for the construction of ASN Housing 2 reached IDR1.488 trillion, which covers all aspects from planning to maintenance.

Integration with Other Infrastructure

ASN Housing 2 is designed to be integrated with other infrastructure in the IKN, including health, education, and transportation facilities. This aims to create a comfortable working and living environment and support the productivity of ASN who will be assigned to the IKN.
