Hunian ASN 4

ASN Housing 4 is a vertical housing complex built to accommodate State Civil Apparatus (ASN) assigned to Nusantara (IKN), East Kalimantan. This complex is part of the ASN housing project designed to support the housing needs of government employees in the new capital city.

Location and Composition

ASN Housing 4 is located in a strategic area in IKN with an area of ​​almost 3.8 hectares. This complex consists of eight towers, each 12 stories high. The total number of apartment units in all towers reaches 480 units, with each unit having an area of ​​approximately 98 square meters.

Building Design and Concept

ASN Housing 4 is designed with a green building concept that prioritizes sustainability and environmental friendliness. Some of the main features of this concept include:

• Use of environmentally friendly building materials that reduce negative impacts on nature.

• Optimization of natural lighting through large window designs and proper building orientation.

• Use of a natural ventilation system to reduce the need for electrical energy in cooling the room.

• Public facilities available on the ground floor and second floor of each tower, including communal spaces and recreation areas.

Project Implementer

The construction of ASN Housing 4 is carried out by PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero), a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in construction and infrastructure. PT Brantas Abipraya is responsible for the implementation of construction until the completion of this project.

Construction Time and Status

The construction of ASN Housing 4 began in 2023 and was completed in 2024. This project is one of those completed on time in preparation for the relocation of ASN to IKN.

Each tower in ASN Housing 4 provides public facilities including:

• Multipurpose room

• Children's play area

• Parks and pedestrian paths

• Vehicle parking

• Small commercial area to meet the daily needs of residents

Context and Purpose

ASN Housing 4 is part of the government's program to build quality vertical housing for ASN as supporting infrastructure in IKN. This project is expected to increase the comfort and productivity of ASN who will work in the new capital city.
