Hunian ASN 1 Precinct Core

ASN 1 Precinct Core Housing is a vertical apartment complex designed to accommodate State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who will be assigned to the Core Government Core Area (KIPP) of Nusantara (IKN), East Kalimantan. This project is part of the government's efforts to provide adequate housing facilities for ASN in supporting government operations in the new capital city.

Location and Capacity

This housing is located in the Precinct Core KIPP IKN area and consists of 2 functional towers. Each tower has 60 residential units, so that there are a total of 120 units with a capacity of up to 360 people. Each residential unit is designed to provide comfort and efficiency for its residents.

Design and Facilities

The architectural design of ASN 1 Precinct Core Housing carries a modern and environmentally friendly concept, in accordance with the principles of sustainable development applied in IKN. Supporting facilities are designed to meet the daily needs of residents, including communal areas, green open spaces, and good accessibility to other public facilities.

Development Status

The construction of ASN Housing 1 Precinct Core began in 2024 and is planned to be completed in mid-2025, in line with the target completion of the first phase of the IKN KIPP development.

Development Context

ASN Housing 1 Precinct Core is part of the planned construction of 47 ASN housing towers in the IKN which is targeted to accommodate around 8,410 employees. This project demonstrates the government's commitment to providing supporting infrastructure for ASN who will move to the new capital city.
