Hunian ASN 1 West Residence

ASN 1 West Residence is a vertical apartment complex built to accommodate State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who will be assigned to Nusantara (IKN), East Kalimantan. This project is part of the government's efforts to provide adequate housing facilities for ASN in supporting government operations in the new capital city.

Location and Capacity

This residence is located in the West Residence IKN area and consists of 4 towers: Tower A, B, C, and D. Each tower has 12 floors, with 10 residential floors and 2 podium floors. Each residential floor consists of 6 units, so that there are a total of 60 units per tower. Thus, the total residential units in this complex are 240 units, which can accommodate up to 720 people.

Design and Facilities

The architectural design of ASN 1 West Residence carries a modern and environmentally friendly concept, in accordance with the principles of sustainable development applied in IKN. Each residential unit has an area of ​​approximately 98 m² and is designed to provide comfort and efficiency for its residents. Supporting facilities include communal areas, green open spaces, pedestrian paths, bicycle paths, sports fields, and children's play areas.

Project Implementer

The construction of the complex is carried out by the Ministry of Public Works in collaboration with PP-Urban-Jaya Konstruksi KSO.

Development Status

The construction of ASN 1 West Residence Housing began in 2024 and was completed in 2025. One of the towers, Tower B, was successfully completed in 245 days, setting a record as the fastest ready-to-occupy residential tower construction according to the Indonesian World Record Museum (MURI).
