Jambuluwuk Nusantara Hotel is a five-star hotel project currently under construction in the Core Government Core Area (KIPP) of Nusantara (IKN), East Kalimantan. The hotel is designed with a "modern ethnic Indonesia" concept that combines local cultural elements with environmentally friendly technology. The project is expected to be one of the main accommodation facilities in IKN for both domestic and international guests.
Location and Land Area
The hotel will be built on an area of 5,461 square meters in KIPP IKN, Penajam Paser Utara Regency, East Kalimantan. The location is strategic, close to the center of government and other public facilities.
Groundbreaking
The groundbreaking was carried out on January 17, 2024 by President Joko Widodo. This event marked the symbolic start of the hotel's construction.
