IKN Finance Center is an area designed as a center for financial activities in Nusantara (IKN), East Kalimantan. This area will be the location for various financial institutions, including national and regional banks, which are building their service offices to support the financial ecosystem in IKN.
Location and Land Area
IKN Finance Center is located in the Mini Financial Center area in the IKN Core Government Center Area (KIPP). Several financial institutions have started building their offices in this area, with land areas varying according to the needs of each institution.

BNI Pavilion
PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) built BNI Pavilion on an area of more than 9,200 square meters in the Mini Financial Center area. This construction began with the laying of the first stone on February 29, 2024 by President Joko Widodo. The design of this building was designed by Alien Design Consultant with a futuristic and environmentally friendly concept.
BRI International Microfinance Center
BRI started construction of the BRI International Microfinance Center on February 29, 2024. The center is built on 13,000 square meters of land and consists of three main buildings:
- BRI Office Nusantara: An 8-story building that includes a lobby, priority lounge, office area, and multifunction hall.
- BRI Microfinance Gallery: A gallery that functions to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
- BRI Community Hub: An amphitheater that can be used for community events and outdoor exhibitions.
- Each building is equipped with a rooftop and is designed with a green building concept.
Bank Mandiri Digital Services
PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk built a digital-based service office called Mandiri Digital Services on 1.28 hectares of land. The groundbreaking was carried out on February 29, 2024 by President Joko Widodo. This building carries a green and sustainable concept, and is equipped with facilities such as Smart Branch, Smart Priority Lounge, and Co-working Space.
Bank BTN
BTN laid the first stone for the construction of a new building in IKN on June 5, 2024. This building will be built on an area of 9,000 square meters with an investment of IDR 113 billion. The building concept carries the theme 'Housing and Beyond' which blends with the surrounding nature. Planned facilities include branch offices, electronic banking services, co-working spaces, internal cafes, and green open spaces.
Bank Kaltimtara
The Regional Development Bank of East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan (Bank Kaltimtara) is building a service office on an area of 8,928 square meters. Construction began in the first quarter of 2025 and is targeted for completion in the first quarter of 2026. This building is designed with an environmentally friendly and integrated concept.
Supporting Infrastructure
The IKN Finance Center is designed with sustainability and technology integration in mind. Some of the planned features include:
- Smart Branches: Bank branches equipped with digital technology to increase efficiency
- Co-working Spaces: Co-working spaces that support collaboration between business actors and communities.
- SPKLU: Public Electric Vehicle Charging Station to support environmentally friendly mobility.
- Green Building: Environmentally friendly building design with the use of renewable energy and integration with the surrounding environment.
Purpose and Function
IKN Finance Center aims to provide infrastructure that supports financial and investment activities in IKN. This area is expected to become a modern and integrated banking and financial service center, supporting economic growth in IKN and its surroundings.
