Rusun ASN 3

ASN Housing 3 is a housing complex intended for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who will be assigned to Nusantara (IKN), East Kalimantan. This project consists of six towers with a total of 360 residential units, capable of accommodating up to 1,440 people. Each unit is designed with complete facilities to support the comfort of residents.

Location and Design

Location

ASN Housing 3 is located near the Swissotel Nusantara Hotel, in the core government area of ​​IKN.

Architectural Design

The architectural design of ASN Housing 3 carries the concept of "smart and green", which integrates advanced technology and environmentally friendly features to create a harmonious living space. This project was designed by Alien Design Consultant and stands on an area of ​​5.3 hectares.

Unit Specifications

Each residential unit has an area of ​​approximately 98 square meters and is equipped with:

• One master bedroom

• Two children's bedrooms

• Two bathrooms

• Family room

• Dining room

• Kitchen

• Laundry area

• Smart home system

These units are designed to provide maximum comfort for ASN and their families.

Contractors and Suppliers

The ASN 3 Housing Project is being carried out by PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk with a contract value of IDR 1.13 trillion. PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) also contributed as a supplier of 13,106 m³ of ready-mix concrete for this project.

Awards

The ASN 3 Housing Project won two awards from the Indonesian World Record Museum (MURI) for:

• Fastest sound system installation

• Fastest data internet protocol (IP) installation

These awards reflect the efficiency and innovation in the construction of the project.

Development Status

The construction of ASN Housing 3 began in 2024. By the end of December 2024, the construction progress had reached 85.1%.
