Pakuwon Nusantara is a superblock project planned by PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk through its subsidiary, PT Pakuwon Nusantara Abadi (PNA), in the Core Government Center Area (KIPP) of the Indonesian Capital City (IKN), East Kalimantan. This project includes the construction of a shopping center, apartments, and three star hotels. With an investment value of IDR 5 trillion, this project is expected to be one of the integrated property developments in IKN.
Location and Land Area
Pakuwon Nusantara is planned to stand on 7.2 hectares of land in KIPP IKN. This location was chosen because it is strategic and is in the heart of Indonesia's new government.
Development Status
Groundbreaking
The groundbreaking of this project was carried out on November 1, 2023 by President Joko Widodo. This event marked the symbolic start of the construction of the superblock.
Design and Licensing Stage
As of April 2025, the Pakuwon Nusantara project is still in the design and licensing stage. No physical construction activities have started on the ground yet.

The project is planned to include:
Pakuwon Mall Nusantara with a leasable area of approximately 55,733 square meters.
Three star hotels, including the Four Points Hotel by Sheraton.
Apartments and condominiums integrated with shopping centers and hotels.
Eco-Friendly Design
The design of this project carries an eco-friendly concept in accordance with the vision of IKN as a "smart forest city". This design takes into account the unique contours of Kalimantan's land and integrates green elements in the development of the area.
