Places to Stay

As the new capital city evolves, so too does the hospitality industry. Currently, two hotels are fully operational, and several more are in advanced planning stages, reflecting Nusantara's transformation from a construction zone to a welcoming city.

Swissôtel Nusantara

Accor

At the heart of Nusantara stands the city’s first international five-star hotel: Swissôtel Nusantara. Operated by Accor, this 191-room hotel blends high-end Swiss hospitality with the sustainability principles that define Nusantara’s identity as a “Forest City.” Opened formally in August 2024, it features nine floors of luxurious rooms and facilities, including multiple swimming pools, the Pürovel Spa, a fully equipped gym, a kids’ club, and the in-house NUSA Restaurant. Its location is central, near the Presidential Palace and the Government Core Area, making it ideal for visiting officials and business travelers. Beyond its practical advantages, Swissôtel has also become a symbol of Nusantara’s architectural ambition, merging natural surroundings with modern design.

A second hotel, also already operational, is the Qubika Boutique Hotel Nusantara. This three-star eco-conscious hotel takes an innovative approach by using modular container architecture to create a modern, minimalist design. With 206 rooms, meeting facilities, and a large ballroom that can accommodate up to 700 people, Qubika offers a more affordable and flexible stay option. Situated in the BSH community hub, it’s already in high demand.

Beyond these two hotels, several exciting projects are underway that will further expand Nusantara’s accommodation options. One of the more anticipated additions is the Jambuluwuk Nusantara Hotel, a luxury hotel with a modern-ethnic theme. Developed by Jambuluwuk Hotels & Resorts, this property will include approximately 200 rooms and is being built with smart-green architecture in mind. Its groundbreaking was held in early 2024, and it’s expected to be a high-end destination for both official and private guests.

Pakuwon Jati

An even larger development is being spearheaded by the Pakuwon Group in partnership with Marriott International, who are bringing three new hotel brands to Nusantara as part of a large-scale mixed-use complex. These include a Four Points by Sheraton, a Westin Hotel, and a Tribute Portfolio property. Each of these hotels will offer different experiences, from wellness-focused retreats to business-ready accommodations, and will be located near the Plaza Bhinneka.

Another hotel currently in development is the Swiss-Belhotel, which will become the second five-star property in Nusantara. D’PrimaHotel Nusantara, on the other hand, will offer a more affordable option with 154 rooms.

All of these developments signal growing confidence in the future of the capital. For now, visitors to Nusantara can enjoy the comfort and modern convenience of Swissôtel and Qubika. And in the coming years, a wide range of hotels, from boutique to international luxury brands, will make Nusantara an increasingly accessible destination for conferences, investment summits, and even tourism.
